It has been impossible to load supplies when loading resources. I only got this what i call bug less than 10 times in 1,5 years of fighting.

I already have hundreds of turns... i agree with Chris, 28 is worse than 26.
Sorry! I did not say it's worse, just a beta undergoing testing so could/does etc. have bugs that will need ironing out. As this could affect play in unknown ways it's best to go with a known version.

Any idea regarding this item in the notes from 28:

15 - improve handling for altFontSize

What exactly should I be seeing as different from previous versions?

Very likely they tried to mitigate the issue of the font's larger characters both overlapping graphics and running into each other. It seems to me it's a bit improved from where it once was.

The original font was hard to read on high res displays. There gave players an option to use an alternate font switch at start up (-alt Font). More spread out letters but that intoduced another problem were text was exceeding the space in had as there did not (could not) change that space the text had although it does not completely do so.

An example of that is on the Air Unit Screen where the text says "Upgrade to [aircraft type]" and then the selection says "Upgrade Now" but the first text overlaps the second. You have to go into the available upgrades screen to make the "Upgrade Now" selection IIRC.

Alt Fint always worked fine for me so no problem with that. It says they improved altfontsize, but I can't see any difference :?

I think it was more the spacing of letters that they changed. I used to have trouble figuring whether a base in the DEI was named Lautem or Lautern because the r and n were so close together as to always appear as an m.
The text size scales with the map size/game resolution. High res - smaller icons and hexes and small text too.

Something of interest about sorties.

I had CVs Yorktown, Enterprise, Hornet and Wasp in same Air Combat TF. Available sorties dropped totally uneven. While Yorktown had to be sent home base with 90 sorties left, Enterprise have now 200 and Hornet 400+...

They all had similar composition with air groups, all with extra Marine DB squadron. Still, usage of sorties was absolutely uneven.

Two AS have been permanently on 1000 ops points used, despite no submarines in base.

Thing is, they are not...they are losing supplies when there is SS in port...

I'll monitor situation when they run out, maybe they'll reset to normal.

Issue vanished when AS ships in question did refit, working as normal now.

So more like a hiccup than a bug. Will write it down for check when the final version is released.

It's been a while since anyone responded in the 28 patch thread about the status of the patch. Last message from any of the team was in Aug last year.

Hopefully you can give us all a quick update.
