ThunderLizard11 (allies) [WIN] v. arikogut (axis) [LOSS] - Axis resigns December '43. Germany made push deep into Russia closing in on Moscow and the Urals. Allies took down Italy and controlled the Balkans and Bulgaria diverting panzers needed in the East. China was on the move pushing Japan to the coast. Great game by arikogut - it was a close shave in Russia.

Kashtronomical (Axis) vs Pekkavilamoura (Allies)

Standard 12 ELO rules apply along w/Amphibious Warfare research cap of 3
ELO game result:

Pekkavilamoura (Allies) defeats Kashtronomical (Axis).

A series of poor Axis misplays early on combined with solid plays by the Allies resulted in a quick surrender before Summer of '42. Looking forward to the rematch. GG!

Can everyone please remember to post all ELO games that have started to this message thread. Even if they are re-matches or swapping sides. Thanks.

Obviously post any results as well. The new update will be this Friday 1 May so please post any recent results before then.

Just realized neither kjgokc2007 nor I posted the start of an ELO game which was: hasmat_slith (Axis) vs kjgokc2007 (Allies)

Game ends with Allies resignation in July 1942 on angry accusations of Axis cheating given the near collapse of Russia. Apparently because he was never able to accomplish it, it's not possible.

That I, or anyone, would waste someone's time cheating is pretty ridiculous but if that's how someone comes to terms with a thrashing, then so be it.

I am fine if this game doesn't count in ELO standings given the fact that we didn't post it in advance but I will not let someone rage quit calling me a cheater without a rebuttal.

What???
I can't believe there's an accusation of cheating.
I've played against hasmat_slith and lost, Russia surrendered.
It was just a brilliant Russia strategy by hasmat, couldn't do anything about it.
I think one should just accept losing, that's it.

You shouldn't play unless you're prepared to lose. You only avoid losing by refusing to play better players.

This is just a bit of fun - not life or death.

I think I will add this game to the table. kjgokc2007 has apologised in another thread. It's OK if players have a bit of a wobble every now and then. Hope he returns for more games. Definitely not life or death.

hasmat_slith (AXIS) beats KJGOKC2007 (Allies) 04/30/2026

I apologize to Hasmat, he has a very good game that is hard to believe given my experience in the Game.

Japan had lots of extra units that you rarely see Mech, extra Airpower, Naval CVL's and Bombers, Garrisons all over the Pacific. Stuff I have never seen anyone do before. He also escaped two Navel Traps that encircled his fleet twice with ease. It seams like he knew exactly where my units were every turn.

The German attacks were excellent but taking advantage of what I consider an Exploit to attack France on turn 2-3 is a problem with the Game France fell before the first reinforcements, i barely got the Engineer before they collapsed. Including Having a full compliment of T3 Tanks including Minors by July 1942. Rare to see.

I searched the Internet on possible cheat codes and there were some convincing results Shit+c #warbonds XXXX (extra $) #Orbialcommand (disables Fog of War) Etc. these turned out to be false. but they looked real enough especially since he seams to know exactly where my units were all the time.

I was just frustrated as I don't like loosing =/

And apols for perhaps overreacting. We are a small and unique group of war gaming enthusiasts, we all benefit from keeping this friendly and healthy.

Strange that you thought the issue was the Pacific because I thought was getting hammered there. Fortunately the smaller capital ships don’t have ZoC so I was able to escape ur traps

BTW, while I bought a ton of garrisons and marine bombers, I didn’t build any other planes or capital ships. Some of those come from the starting prod queue and from things like taking Solomons

As for early attack on France, I actually hate using it. I would luv for it to get banned/house ruled away. I only recently started using it after playing against an ‘all-in-France strategy where nearly every UK and India/commonwealth unit was in France. A gamey early start in France seemed to offset a gamey unit overload in France. So to me a ban of one requires a ban of the other.

All good Kenny

I totally Agree that the abuse of moving every unit possible to def France is a problem.

Its totally unrealistic that India would give up all their Research and build trash units like the AA gun for France early in the game.

Your game is Top Notch, I don't loose very often. I even won the Tournament for this Game a few years back.

I learned a few things Thanks.

Good to see no hard feelings re games.
Personally I don't think it the best idea to put up game cheats as firstly I had no idea to them and wouldn't look in the first place. Some people though may be tempted to consider using, particularly putting up exactly what to do.
