[1.31h] "Omnes pro Ordo" regime feat has incorrect value in description

The description of the "Omnes pro Ordo" regime feat (Republica DLC) states that it grants a perpetual +5 Virtus increase per round. The actual value in the Virtus report is +0.5 virtus per round.
