[1.31q] "National Recruitment" strat result reports incorrect number of recruits

When executing the "National Recruitment" strat, the result popup screen reports a much lower number of troops recruited than actually are.

Possibly this reports recruitement in a single (capital) zone, rather than the true national numbers.

I have around 607K Population in nation, and the strat recruits 2d4% of Population in ALL zones, more on crit success.
And yet, the crit success result screen only reports +2200 recruits (below the min possible), whereas in the next turn we see that actually 14,000 additional recruits where transferred from zones to SHQ (plus additional 7K in stock in an overseas zone, not transferred).

right you are. display error. showed the extra recruits from last Zone instead of total. Fixed in next patch! big thx
