[FIXED] B1852 ACs running out of fuel performing missions

Testing the last MGellis scenario, I noticed that there are ACs losses due to fuel that were not happening before.

For my side and the red side.

Load the last version of the scenario in this thread, switch to China side, run at double flame, ACs will due their missions and the losses will start to mount.

In this example, there were a group of 3 Badgers, 2 landed while the third continued airborne until ruuning out of fuel.
