US placed on marker vs Ge/It, played Resources to western Allies (2), and moved one marker to tension.

Builds

Italy (Scrap AMPH + 3xLND3)
MTN DIV + AMPH + TRS + SUB(1st) + FTR2
Italy builds for 10 BPs, but has 12 available. Perhaps a pilot missing?

And while I am asking, I would like to confirm that Italy scraps all three LND3.

It's only 1 USE roll so might as well be both.

No, it is one US entry roll for each DOW on Belgium. So two entry rolls for both DOWs. Should it be only Germany that DOW Belgium?

xxxx

BTW. France will not be surprised by any Italian units flying from a German controlled hex.

xxxx

Cut from RAC: 13.3.3 US entry actions
....
20, 31 & 32 Major Power declares war on neutral minor - roll once for each major power declaring war on this
minor this impulse.

If it's ok with everyone I would like to keep it simple and just DOW Belgium with Germany this impulse. It's been sometime since I played Axis.

My reply in red.

No, it is one US entry roll for each DOW on Belgium. So two entry rolls for both DOWs. Should it be only Germany that DOW Belgium? This is what I thought but for some reason when I first tried to do it on my game it only asked once however I may not have done the DOW correctly!.

BTW. France will not be surprised by any Italian units flying from a German controlled hex.
This is in the RAC I noticed now you pointed it to out to me however the game allows it so I just assumed it was possible, something I never knew. I tend to play the game more then look at the fine print :? Perhaps a bug not reported?
