So here is the Front line after almost a month of fighting February is going end sooner then you think we will get ready for a Spring offensive across the whole front ( Still going attack duh)

we are doing well for are first month of the war in Bosnia HVO are still putting up a hell of a fight but Muslims are not doing too well

to are new Readers there is a Cease-Fire in Croatia so when I meant by across the whole front I meant Bosnia and Herzegovina

Turn 47 February 22nd 1992

Alright he's back so lets start are game where we left off

Not much happening right away he tried to reduce the pockets that have been formed (Idk why they would come from there) dose not look like we will be able to get are guys out from cross the river so they are doomed

we are facing problems with very poor Proficiency on some of are Serb units hell even units that been in combat since 1991 are still sitting at 20% its very bad and it will likely get even worst later
sadly there is no way to fix this problem this is just how the Serb army is (even the Docs for this talks about it)

meanwhile we are still doing are flanking attack in Central Bosnia

so we are using this week of rest pretty calm week

Turn 48 February 25th 1992

Looks like Muslims Counterattack us and pushed us back and freeing their rail line I took 2 tuns before i hope it was worth it with the rail cut

so that's nice to know then Muslims despite being shit troops they can counter attack us!

thankfully that where it seemed to end since right after he failed to push my unit further away

here i was planning to surround him but I had sent troops south since there was more Muslims and I wanted to take them out so we will do just a classic Push and push him out of the Town we can afford it

so we shell the town first

So we are still dealing with are pocket we made 2 turns ago they have been really holding out against us but should be moped up soon enough

So im going try to do 2 things

1. We mop up the pocket and rest are troops for a week then we can do are assaults towards the pocket in the north to free are trapped units

2. I can use the guys not doing mop up operations to continue moving

don't want to stop because of a pocket we should keep moving keep him off balance like i had in mind a few pages ago

so here in Central Bosnia I will try to do a encirclement No Its likely I won't be able to close it but I was to make him panic and pull back otherwise he will lose the Muslim units and he needs everyone he can get

I do quite good at finding gaps in the line but not always

Turn 49 March 1st 1992

I pushed Muslims out of there positions its not possible to go around and encircle them so I'm planning to push them cross the border and he will have to delete them from the game due to house rules

sadly these operations have worn down the VRS units fighting in this area so they will have to rest after this but I want this area cleared so that no Muslims are around to raid my supply lines no one wants to deal with Guerilla warfare trust me lol

Just when I thought things where going well NATO decides to start bombing the Crap out of me I must have did something so I go too the Scenario Docs to see

Ok so I should have never taken the Towns of Dubrovnik and Srebrenica so EEV went up too 32 when it goes up that high NATO will bomb us (I'm not sure how long tho)

thankfully no boots on the ground otherwise we would be screwed gosh this was a mistake and im paying the Price

So NATO Jets started Bombing the Serbia Capital of Beograd thankfully we Have Sam Sites and AA

I also think they brought aircraft carries but there also bombing from there air bases in Italy

I was not expecting this level of response Hopefully it dies down otherwise it will be very hard to move around the map and I don't have unlimited AA units or Sam Sites and my Airforce is not really up too the task of fighting NATO as well as the Secessionist at the same time

there bombing is already taking a toll on the troops I need to figure something out fast

Things are getting Intense there already hitting Bridges in the Capital City here is a Bridge that was hit by a Missile from a jet

I'm really hoping things get better for us

I have to look at the combat report to see if the Sam Sites are shooting down any jets Im not sure how good the jets NATO had in the 90s but it sure beats are by a mile

1. they also hit one of are TV Dishes but thankfully it was not destroyed otherwise it would have been Catastrophic and possibly game ending

So both sides have they units once taken out they give the host country debuffs from the effects of the civilians since they wont be able to see what's going on in the front lines since the TV Service is down

thank god it was not taken down again it would be very bad So I sent a AA and a Sam Unit to protect it hopefully it works

2. and there was more raids on the Capital city of course so we will do are best to repel it

it seems to me this to be a major Air raid on the City tonight I cant keep doing this Idk if Sam Missiles are modded into the game but I don't want to run out and have to beg Russia for more missiles

So lets go back too the Front lines after that bombing across the Country

So I really want to close this pocket if he gets troops into this area Ill never be able to Connect are areas up so we begin a Offensive

1. Up North we will push down since I got enforcements last turn and maybe cut the bridge off not sure but we will do ahead and move next week

2. We push up from the south in a classic push (Not surrounding units yet) and hopefully we Link up

UN Troops have seems to show up

oh yea a lot of things on are plate this turn but I almost forgot Muslims tried a counterattack and it did not go well for them

we are beginning offensives to try and link up with Banja Luka and get all of are areas we control linked up

Sorry for not writing detailed reports like a lot of other AARs i let my actions and the pictures speak for me

down south we are still advancing but a bit more slowly

so we attacked and pushed his unit out of the hex and we will move into it next week (I don't have any movement Points)

Here down in Herzegovina the HVO have arrived in big numbers so it will be harder to move but we will push them aside I don't think they have much artillery let alone units to stop me at this time

so we will use are artillery to push them back we seem to both exchange artillery shells are each other a lot down here so we are both burning are artillery Health out

So it has not been easy fighting HVO I would rather fight Muslims to be honest with you guys

We have arrived in the city of Livno its only 2 Vps but when we take it he wont be able to get enforcements from it

So are march down here was not all bad we spewed past some Muslim Units and they all Evaporated

but I wanted to storm the town of Livno but damn I was not watching my Supply levels and my units are not Green anymore so the offensive is called off in this area

shame too I was moving so fast

So the Pocket was Cleaned up of the Muslim Units this turn know there is a huge gap in his Line and I want to take a advantage of this Opportunity he either pulls back and gets hit with the disengage Penalties or gets cut off its his choice to make not mine so lets wait and see what he dose

From the South we will also Push but not too crazy since I don't have enough guys but I got some coming after the City falls (The one I'm fighting for in the bottom) then we will have the forces for a encirclement

Looks like Muslims are arriving in force in this area and are making the pocket tighter

we will need to either tell the guys in the city to hold on or fight are way out otherwise we will be destroyed

but I'm planning to hold position and wait for a relive force

not a step back!!

So here is a AA unit on the Front lines in Serbia we can see it has a good amount of AA stuff to defend are troops with

but the same cant be said for are Sam Sites in the Capital

After NATOs bombing last night we had been hit hard so we lost a lot of equipment

Replacements are not looking to bad for us I no longer get some Tanks due to UN Arms Embargo but we got loads of Soviet Tanks to use we are almost out of T-34 but that tank has preformed Poorly for us so not going be sad when it runs out

some tank losses are heavy but we are getting a good replacement rate as long as I don't run it into the ground I should be good
