[1.31r2] After playing "Maintenance", Syndic Computer still has opinion changes

After succesfully playing the "Maintenance" strat and putting the computer offline, the PP cost of decisions is indeed no longer affected by the computer, but its opinion is still affected by the decisions - while it's supposed to be offline for the rest of the turn (and is not longer shown on the cabinet screen).

In addition, description of "Maintenance" states "X rounds of Computer being offline", but even a roll of 106 above difficulty put it offline for a single turn only. What is required to put it offline for more than one turn?
