Scenarios with Environmental Zones

Post by DWReese »

Are there any scenarios with Environmental Zones that are either introduced at some point during the scenario (by design), or are removed (again, by design) at some part during the scenario?

If so, could you provide me with the name of the scenario (or scenarios) so that I might be able to review them to see how this is accomplished?

Thanks in advance.

Check mine Rite of Passage where I have introduced low clouds above the straight of Hormuz in line with actual micro climate

Knightpawn,

Thanks for directing me to that scenario. Your scenario looks great. I have not had a chance to play it as of yet, but I am moving it to the top of my list.

Aside from that, I was looking for a scenario that basically introduces an EZ at (let's say) 1100 (which might be 3 hours after the scenario began), and then a way to make it disappear at (let's say) 1400. Is that possible? If so, that's what I am specifically looking for.

On a side note, I did manage to tie the EZ to a unit/reference points and then allow the EZ to drift, rather than remain stationary. That's pretty cool as well. There are so many options.

You are light years ahead of me! The latter concept reminded me of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hp-Qe-FD4X0

Knightpawn,

That was a brilliant shorty. You covered the entire topic of moving EZs in one little video. The Poor Pink Panther had a terrible time dealing with those. Maybe that's a sign. <lol>
