What does this unit do?

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

What does this unit do?

Question: This is a German Signals unit, lots of guys with Radios and Signals equipment. In game terms, what does it actually do? Does it improve performance of air units, or what?

Or is it just chrome, basically?

I think I asked earlier and the signal guys are just fluff. So likely just fold it into its parent unit?

Interested to find out....it doesn't have a parent unit to combine it to

These guys are eating 4.93 tons of supply a turn......I could just disband it, rather than let them drink Sangria and eat Jamon!

It is the Condor Legion's signal battalion.

According to the manual, signal units help transmit (and amplify) instructions between HQ and units.

Those signal units and devices are important for the Command and Control of your units. This unit helps the HQ to control the units it commands so it will perform better.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o
