I have a save at rail move phase and I got the following notification regarding 3 CVPs. Some CVPs are missing compared what I'm supposed to have.

I did ground strike phase again and the result is the same.

I think something happened during our really long naval combat phase, at the end of our naval air combat I got error message but I managed to continue the game. I think that is when things went wrong.

I have to try run naval combat again to see if that helps

If a post a save BEFORE the naval searches, the current damaged file and what CVPs are missing and need to be put back and their flip status, I'm confident that I can fix your file.
