A Question About Hue Scenarios

Been returning back to one of my favorite games of all time after a 2 year long intermission. I have noticed new Hue scenarios have [H2H] on their scenario information screen. Does this mean they are unavailable for play against the AI? Just asking before I embark on playing a few of those.
