One partisan appears in India. Placed it on a resource for you. Can be moved if so desire.

USSR placed their pact marker on defence, and moved one marker to defence.

US placed an entry marker in the German pool, and then interned the French CV. This moved one marker to tension.

The German attack in Belgium shattered the French defenders, and Germany lost one MOT Div, if I got things right.

Allies were not all that fond over another short turn either. CW wanted to have a try at the Italian invasion fleet in the Mediterranean. And USSR definitely would have liked to have had another impulse in Finland.
