Advanced Option Missing

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

Advanced Option Missing

Post by Haviel71 »

Good morning.
In the latest manual, in the advanced options screen section (2.2.2.1.1), there is an option related to Production (page 23, From pool or from factories). However, this option line does not appear in the game.
I don't know if this issue has been discussed on the forum, but I haven't found it. Is this a bug, or has this option been removed from the game?

Thank you

From what i understand, devices produced from factories (advanced economy) is a possibility but none of the current scenarios have them enabled.

So, right now we get to choose if our devices com either from supply or the pool

The replacements come from the pool. They can either be received by using supplies at the units location or formed into an RSV unit and then those devices have to be dispersed to the receiving unit although those can be diverted to another unit which needs them and will request replacements. So to actually get them to the unit that you want to receive them, move the RSV unit to the receiving unit's location and then you can manually merge the devices from the RSV unit into the receiving unit.
