[1.32a] AI Major uses Postures without having the required Profile

AI Major seems to have access to Postures regardless of having the prerequisite Profile.

Here - the AI uses "Fortress", which is a Heart-90 unlock, while only having Heart-33.
I know that AI gets various resource/research bonuses, but this just seems like ignoring whole game mechanics by accessing postures that would usually require very significant investment - very early in the game.

Another example - using "Defeat in Detail", a Fist-70 prereq Posture, while having only Fist-27
