[1.32a] Untargettable "None" zone belonging to Major AI

The zone marked with red is labeled "None", belongs to a Major AI (that I took the capital zone from) and is unselectable and untargettable by strats such as "Send Spy" (I am unable to even select that zone as the strat target).
