Matrix Store

I'd like to purchase this game via Matrix Store (when it's available) because I thought I read somewhere that they get more of the cut than if I were to buy it on Steam.
I want to manage the game (installation, launching and updates) from Steam though. Do I get a "Steam Code" when purchased via Matrix?

So is Modern Naval Warfare going to be released on the Matrix store today. I do not see why Matrix store page would be affected by a steam release delay.
