New Allied Player Looking for Japanese Player

I've been playing a run through as an Allied player against the Japanese and have been enjoying the game and learning a lot. However, the AI seems to make stupid decisions at times and I am considering getting into PBEM. As a precursor, I am still new to the game and will be learning things as the game goes on. I do not have any mods and don't know what house rules would be best.

Ideally, I'd be looking for someone that is also relatively new to the game to play as the Japanese but realize that may be difficult as most people start out as the Allies.

How many turns per week do you prefer?

I’m flexible. I know life is the priority. I’d say ideally it’d be a turn a day. But obviously that’s not a strict rule where sometimes it could be more, sometimes less. I am also in the US Central time zone.

I've got version 26A. Don't see a 26B download option. There is a 28 Beta but not sure that is what you are using.
