After one second of game time and after you select the difficulty, more triggers appear. This one looks broken. Perhaps a localization issue, like comma vs period delimiter for time or something.

blu3s, there are several lua errors in the last version you posted today, still named 009. Lua history file attached.

I think that the end of scenario message (Unauthorized Initiation of Hostilities and Immediate Stand Down Order), should not be repeatable, because it may be annoying if you want to continue playing.

Also messages like this when loading a save, not sure they are related with the lua errors.
