What is an Anniversary coupon?

You get a yearly coupon with a certain percentage off your total purchase. The percentage off is based on how many years you have belonged to the forum and you receive it on the anniversary date of joining the forum.

Been on the forum since 2004. My page says I have no coupons.

That's does seem wierd. As I recall you had to claim them on your Slitherine forum account, they never showed on my Matrix form account. First one I received was in 2016. A lot of people miss that it's off total purchase, not just one item.

LOL just found mine! Fortunately I hadn't retrieved it so the clock hadn't started ticking on expiry. A notification it was available to activate would be good IMO.

Yes. I claimed mine and it was a hassle free experience apart from there being no indication if or when the coupon expires,
