Impulse #3 (Axis)

No declarations of war. The Hungarian, and Bulgarian, claims on Rumania was allowed.

Land: Germany, Japan
Combined:
Naval:
Air: Italy

No Port Strikes. No Naval Air. No strategic bombing.

Ground Strikes:

Germany:
LND2 -> 53,31 (SW Brussels)

Italy:
LND3 -> 56,31 (targets French HQI)

Will France intercept? If not, use the AA? (German FTR2 and FTR3 may help SW Brussels)

Some luck for the Axis with the ground strikes. Although, it remains to be seen if Axis may use it.
