Mine Laying Mission

War in Spain 1936-39 is the first in a new wargame series, using a new Land-Sea-Air engine inspired by War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. Gameplay and realism are improved by TRUE AI and a detailed Logistics systems. A hyper detailed OOB reaches down to battalion and company level. A beautiful, hand drawn, 5 nautical mile per hex map massively increases player immersion.

Mine Laying Mission

Post by adarbrauner »

Hello,

I am playing the Baleares Scenario Long, Republicans side, it is the 1st of September 1936.

The T-14 mine laying class torpedo boat can't be loaded with mines while disbanded in Port Mahon, a port 4 size, and the minelaying mission is not allowed at all.

Is there any reason for that?

T-14 works perfectly normally.

Just create a TF of the mine laying type and T-14 will be loaded with 6x mines immediately.

I tried the beginning of SCN. Min is a pool of 550 pieces.
I laid the first batch of mines and returned for more.
T-14 was immediately replenished and min in the pools remained 544.
It seems to work perfectly normally.

(only if you use up all 550 mines...)

When you form a minelaying TF, you won't see the ship as a possible selection initially; you need to click on "All Ships" on the ship selection screen; it should then appear, highlighted in YELLOW
