[FIXED] B1877 Naval drones not RTBing after inactivating mission

I do not know whether it is a bug or a feature not added, sorry if that is the case.


A patrol mission done by ACs, when you inactivate it, they will RTB.

A demining mission done by demining drones with bases in nearby ships, when you inactivate the mission they just stop, perhaps some of them cannot do it due to lack of fuel, but they do not even try.
