Setting glitch

Hi Just wondering if anyone else has seen this before.
We on turn 25 now and we are not starting again lol.

At the start of the game we set them to 100, but on my screen says 400 on both and Matteo screen shows all 100.
We putting it down to a glitch, because not effected the game lol , just what you think that's all and if happen yo anyone else ! Thanks

Even more funny, I see now my opponents' values totally off (400 instead of 100)!

Odd, I see this in the last two saves on the server. The German logistics phase was executed with 1.04.12, while the next Soviet logistics phase was executed with 1.04.16. Did you both upgrade to 1.04.16 at the same time? If you are on different versions, it can cause problems. I see that it changed which side had the 400 settings, but when I advanced the game 2 turns using the 1.04.19 version I am using, it left the 400s on the Soviet side during both turns. Watch this and see if it changes during the next two player turns.

I am on still on 1.04.12 we deicide not update the game untill this campaign has finished, unless Matteo update by accident lol .
Will the player get that boost ?
