Allied player: first game(Closed)

Hello, I am new to the game but have minor knowledge from the Japanese perspective.
Open to both experienced and new players.

I am open to scenario one or 2 depending on the Japanese player. I would like to start 4 or 5 turns a week. I would prefer to play through automatic victory with the exception of the loss india. This can be negotiated, I just want to manage expectations.
House rules:

1. No hunting USN CVs at the start of the game.
2. Allies only allowed to give orders to already formed TFs and in China on T1.
3. Both sides need to make LCUs unrestricted in order to cross borders.
3a. RTA is allowed to operate in Burma, Malaysia and Indochina irrespective of rule 3.
4. No using of training to dodge sweeps and only engage bombers
5. No movement in reserve mode.
6: no 4e naval bombing under 4k feet until 1944
7: no single ship taskforces except for damaged ships
8: subs exempt to rule 7
9: no hitting tongoo: where the flying tigers are turn 1

I am unreliable torpedoes and extremely variable reinforcement to shake things.

Can negotiate all these.
