Amphibous Tasforces not Acting Acordly

I am a new player who spent around a week on excel planning the landings on Ibiza and Malorca in the Balearic Islands Tutorial. In the day of the invasion i had my main two task forces of transport ships loaded with troops ready to depart. However, they seam to be very inconsisten in wether or not they move to the target hex. Most of the times, the TF coming from Barcelona would be the one who behave the best, it went straight to the port and started unloading. The TF coming from Valencia, however, was the oposite. First of all it would only start moving after some 6 hours after the other TFs and, if i the time of turn pass was set to daily, it wouldnt reach ibiza, just return to Valencia half way. The TF coming from Mahon was also an interesting one, its mission was to land and support on ibiza, however, again, if the time pass was set to daily, it would just alter its to a course inna straight line in a random direction.

When i set the time pass to hourly and corrected any changes in courses of the taskforces they were able to land, however, I was not expecting what happened in the Malorca landing, wich happen in Alurca, a level 2 port in the north of the island. The port was defended by a garisson infantry wich had been previously bombarded by my batlehsip and light cruiser. I was expecting, of course, with the landing of three entire columns that the remaining one or two squads of militia were decimated. But no, they just remained there, even after I passed various turns. I also tried to reorganize the units, but, for some reason, only one of the columns had that option of "try rebuilding unit". I tried to change the time pass to daily and their I was presented with a battle report. I went to see and the garisson was still there and the enemy even reinforced it with an artillerie. I did had all to combat, ones defending, the other atacking due to see wich ones would work, turned out none.

It helps if you post screenshots of your Amphib TFs.

Reasons they may not be sailing direct to Mallorca and unloading

1. Are they set to "Unload?"
2. Are there any enemy ships around? What Threat Tolerance are the Amphib TF's set at? If they are not set at the proper tolerance, they have orders to run away at any kind of danger
3. Were the units loaded in Combat Mode?
