[FIXED] B1892 Cargo Delivered By Boats On Other Side Of The World

This was previously reported with B1876 and B1877. For some reason a ticket number never was issued. It is a pretty significant issue, in my opinion.

Cargo which is delivered by BOATS for some reason shows up on the other side of the world.
