Horses as equipment

It would be useful to add "horses" as a "production" item, same as vehicles. Add them in TOES, replacement rate, and so on.

WW2 armies were horse based. Soviet Cavalry was dismantled because a tremendous lack of horses happened, losing perhaps 1 milion of them in the first weeks of war.

I admit it adds some logistics nightmare, however... for the sake of realism, it would rock
