netplay crashes

I have tried 3.02 and 8.00 (uninstalled and re-installed)--no joy. I get a CRASH screen (see attached). I have saved the crash file (debug file) on my harddrive.
I have searched the forums, but no bueno. NetPlayReg.txt is updated as suggested--I THINK? :?
