Israel transport units cannot load Supplies (VP)

I have noticed Israeli Transport units (Vehicles and Helicopters) cannot load Supplies (VP). I tested multiple Israeli vehicles, Supply Trucks, Engineer Trucks, Light, Medium and Heavy Trucks, several tracked vehicles and all available transport helicopters. Each time I try to load a Supplies (VP) unit I receive a "Unit Cannot be Loaded" message. I sampled several United Kingdom vehicles and helicopters and found Supplies (VP) units "loaded seamlesly " each and every time. Does this mean Israel does not have the capability to transport Supplies (VP) or did I stumble upon an issue? I only used Israel and the United Kingdom to test this process. I am using game version 3.10.20. Thanks. Mike

What is the strength point value of the vehicle?

6 and 6. I even took the Supplies (VP) down to 3, 4 and then 5 while vehicles remained at 6. All variations failed to load
