I haven't done anything on discord, and when I click on the link you provided, I get the "invite" link, but when I click on it, it says "unable to accept the invite."

Do you know what that means?

Is there something that I need to enable to accept the invite?

Okay, I got on discord (last time I was on discord was 2013 ). So now I'll probably find seabee.
