[RESOLVED] CMO crashes when loading scenarios

It freezes when you select a unit?

What happens if you close the right panel before selecting a unit?

Caused by all information on the screen, including the select information on the left, the panel on the right and Map Cursor DataBox on the bottom.
The only way to run it normally is to close the right panel, do not show the databox and never select a unit.

Perhaps it is the lack of webp images support in your computer.

It has to be the lack of webp support.

From the linux thread in reddit.

Crash loading scenarios (e.g. Air Warfare tutorial 1, Submarine 1.3) → WINCODEC_ERR_COMPONENTNOTFOUND (0x88982F50). Wine's WIC has no WebP decoder at all, and CMO loads unit pictures through WIC.

This seems to be rather common.

Perhaps CMO should check webp support on startup and display a message if not found? Or at least in the exception log.
