Advanced Weather Effects: On
Allied Damage Control: On
Player Def Upgrades: On
Historical First Turn: On
Dev 7th Surprise: On
Reliable USN Torps: Off
Realistic R&D: On
No Unit Withdrawals: Off
Reinforcements: Fixed

We can negotiate any special rules
