I've just read this https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopic.php?t=407016 thread here, and having a new game going on I can easily see that the Axis AA somehow is atrociously inefficient against the Russian bombers or recon.

Probably its efficiencyt needs to be upped too - otherwise it will just become all 'Theather Boxes' units, that otherwise eat supply (and thus freight) from the map. Exaclty as the LW bombers already do.

AA is fine, it's just the 20mm's (largest protion of AA) alt which is useless above 10k altitude.
