If in the Navy an HQ leader canalso command a TF, for the army/marines does it also mean an HQ leader can command a LGU?

Also can LGU leaders command SGUs?
PO2 US Navy (1980-1986);
USS Midway CV-41 (1981-1984)
Whidbey Island, WA (1984-1986)
Naval Reserve (1986-1992)

Thanks for the clarification! My guess is No. Leaders are designated in the database as HQ leaders or LCU leaders (I think large and small LCUs are separate designations). So when you want to change leaders the pool of available leaders will be the type applicable to that LCU or HQ.
