Your probably correct to say didn't want to be there but to say they should be ashamed is a the very opposite of my thoughts, for both terms. It was a glorious football match showing what football is really all about as opposed to badly acted drama were one side kicks, pushes, pretends to by shot every time an opposition player brushes against them. That's not football.

The cheats, we know who, tried it again only Spain were a much better team than England. Viva La Espana. Sad really as 'you know who' can actually play football.

The best team won.

Not really sure what the losers were playing. The quality of the ref left a lot to be desired.

France vs England was cool as hell. Spain did deserved it. But an England vs Spain final would have been way better. Glad to see Argentina gone, they did not deserve the cup this year.

One thing to point out in all of these sports championships, all but one of the teams lose their last game played! No matter how good or bad the team is!

Maybe it is because of European influence, but regarding the soccer championships that is simply not true. In this one both Spain and England won their last game played. Yet which last game won made a huge difference. :D

That is true but that is only to determine the 3rd place finisher so they actually didn't win the championship.
