Unable to install update 2.13 from 2.06 or the new Battle Pack

I have my copy of CMSF2 on my D drive. I can run the exec to play the game which version 2.06. I just bought the battle pack and when I go to install it it tells me my shock force 2 is not installed. So I try to activate though that option and it says it can't access the servers. I assume this is due to the old version I have- so I try to install the 2.13 update and it says i don't have shock force installed. Help please, thank you,

Is your copy of CMSF2 from the Battlefront site? I seem to recall others with a BFC install having some issues, but I've forgotten the specifics. I have CMSF2 installed on my E: drive and I was able to get BP2 installed without being an issue so your install on the D: drive is most likely not the issue.

Your best bet is to submit a help ticket, and they can help you get it sorted out.
