Unable to Refuel AK Hermes

Early in the main campaign, the AK Hermes appears for the Nationalist side in Mogadiso. In my latest campaign, started using v 54, this ship appeared in port with no coal. I have tried refueling this ship both within a TF and from the Mogadiso port screen, but so far the ship's coal bunkers remain empty. I've had no problems refueling other ships. Is there possibly a bug with this ship or the Mogadiso port? The attached save is from the latest v 55, but the Hermes is still stuck in Mogadiso.

I confirm I had the exact same problem with the Hermes. I eventually just parked it and moved on, but probably should be fixed.

I am just a little late in replying but . . .

The only ships that can refuel there are ships that are in an Italian task force!
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.
