How do you keep track of supply convoys in large campaigns?

I’ve been struggling with managing multiple transport TFs in War in the Pacific - Admiral’s Edition. After a few turns, it becomes difficult to remember which convoys are carrying fuel, supplies, or reinforcements and where they are needed most.

Do you have any system for organizing large numbers of transport groups? Do you rename TFs, use notes, or follow a specific logistics routine to avoid mistakes?
