Losing DAM stuff in lost attacks (pre-damaged)

Remove the fact that due to Retreat losses (RTR) you lose pre-combat DAMaged AFVs in lost attacks.
I don't see any reason for this to happen.
The Ground Combat tab shows the "joined tanks" (e.g. the 68 T-26) while the Ground Losses tab shows all (e.g. the 83 T-26).
So the losses screen includes all the pre-combat damaged stuff which subsequently is getting lost due to retreat while not even being anywhere near the frontline.
(note: the KV-1 was also a single damaged tank before combat - after combat it was 0).
