A little enhancement Mod, sombody may want to mod.

I think it would be a nice enhancements (and Mod) to the RTW 3 Sim if some Medals at the end of every battle individuals could be awarded authentic Medals (IF the authentic specific medals were issued at that particular time period by specific Nations for specific actions above and beyond the call of duty during Battles being awarded (Victoria Cross Gold/Bronze/Silver Star, Navy Cross, Congressional Medal of Honor, Iron Cross First class, Special mention in the dispatches etc. I'm not up on the Spanish / French /Russian Japanese for individuals But I would think they would have had some kind of award system in place , Fictitious names for the Ordinary seaman, and using the names of the Division Commanders assigned to the various Destroyer BB,B ,BC CA,CL Divisions and or Vice Admirals with some little stylized medal icons next to their names in the " Fleet Organization" Tab. (clicking on it would bring up a little blurb: won the Football Championship against the Army that year, Or led a successful torpedo attack that turned the tide of a specific battle etc. : RAdm Jacobsen **** : And in times of Peace or Lulls before /After the War Efficiency Award for individual Ships, Winning of the Navy Football/Soccer Championship and whatever else Contest are held in the Sim( and other made up ones that aren't specifically mentioned in the Sim .
