[NO REPRO] Map FPS locked at 16 fps

Hello,

I just got CMO and for some reason I am unable to have the map display more then 16 fps, even in the menu without loading a scenario.

I have a I7-13700KF, 32 gb of RAM and a 4070ti. It does not feel like a performance issue since the fps is consistantly at 16.

Anyone as any recommendation to unlock the FPS?
