Font Tweaks for GUI and Map [WIP]

i'm about to make my peace with the stock map - modding the whole shebang is way out of my mind but man, the typography should at least fit my taste ... ;)

so, here are my tweaks (and ideas of sorts ...)

1. true ITALIC fonts look way better on the map (except, of course, these 45 or more degrees rotated names for rivers and lakes ...)
2. ALL-CAPS fonts are so much nicer for the city names! best bit ... one doesn't has to tweak the map at all!

attached are my GuiFonts.json file and a selection of fonts i used PLUS a custom ALL-CAPS of the IBM Plex Serif Bold i did with Fontforge.

ps: i know ... old thing that with fonts and all ... but hey ... just enjoy my musings. peace! :D

edit 2: ah, yes ... totally forgot the GUI tweaks ... it's just the Roboto font for all things Gui - easy on the eyes and timeless and modern and fits the theme ... for me. maybe for you as well - check it out! 8-)

The issue is that you lose the sttings when playing PBEM (for whatever reason).

thanks for that info/feedback - PBEM, right? server MP should work ok ... i have no problems there. never tried PBEM, though ...
So muss man erst mal machen können.
