Impossible to buy STRATEGIC COMMAND WAR IN THE PACIFIC

I tried to buy SC War in the Pacific with the exactly same card I bought other opus on Matrix (SC WW1 & SC ACW) in 2025, but the system does no more work

I get this message :

I tried again and again, after erased my PC cache, after erased coockies, after changed navigator, etc

and now, I have this secund message !

Please, Matrix staff : unblock my credit card, It was locked only because I had to do lot of attempts due to the blockade of system

I buy all my games on Matrix, but if I do not find any other way or if technical pb is not solved, I am affraid it wwill be the end of adventure

The card I use is exactly the same, no any changement was made : in the past, I could buy with on Matrix, now it seems be impossible.

Very frustrating

Precision : I used my anniversary couipn, that explains the low displayed price

System of payment seems be crazy

I tried to search for another way of payment, and now, the displayed price has changed
When I submit, there is a price, and when the payment windows open, the price is divised by 2 : Matrix payment system seems be completly out...

Ok, thanks Hubert I sent them a mail to ask solution for the problem

EDIT : Hubert, nothing does work in the payment system, I had no any help from Matrix staff

Warning ! The payment system of Matrix is completly out : I bougth this day a neosurf ticket to buy the game, because my credit card is now blocked by commercial partner of Matrix, who does not answer to my messages (the blockade is due to the fact I made invalid attempts to buy the game (in reason of technicla pb on the payement system).

And now, the neosurf system itself does not work in any way, I lost my money for nothing ! The neosurf system ask me to confirm that I am not minor person, and when I opened a neosurf account to confirm that, I receive invitation to enter my telephone N° to be able to recive a code to buy ; but the neosurf windows is completly blockd and it's impossible to enter a N phone n° : I spent my money for nothing !

It's probably the last time I buy my games on Matrix, they do not provide any help in case of pb. I am games buyer to Matrix games from more 15 years, I never seen that sort of things : no any help, it's scandalous.

Neosurf on Matrix game is a bad joke...

I have sent 20 euros on my neosurf accont.
When I try to buy a DLC with my anniversary coupon, Matrix system display that the total cost after deduction of my anniversary coupon is 7,30

But when I try to pay with my neosurf account (where I have 20 euros), the sytem answer to me : you have not enough money on your account.

Completely crazy, and Matrix and his commercial partner (XSOLLA) give no any help.

Neosurf is out, but it seems that Paypal works : I had success in shipping with Paypal, and Paypal accepted my credit card when Matrix site does refuse it : no rationnal explication, but the principal is to get the game

Warning about neosurf : do not use this solution to buy, you will lost your money, i personnaly lost 20 euros when I used this way to try to buy matrix game (the system does not work correctly)

And if I had an appreciation to give about the help level of Matrix/Slitherine and his commercial partner XSOLLA.com who manage the payments, I could say : What is that ? I never seen nothing coming... Level = 0 No any answer from Xsolla. And concerning Matrix/Slitherine, a message like that : "We have regrets the technical incident but we can do nothing for you at this time, our web techniciens are in hollidays"

Another player said to me by PM he did also experiment same problemes with the payment system.

And Bill said to me by PM that the technical problem in payment system would be solved next week. Would be better if Matrix/slitherine would display a warning advice for all buyers, to avoid they try again and again several times by frustration as I did when the problem occured : in this case, their credit card will be blocked by the system like if they were "pirates".

I have get the game using Paypal and the problem is now solved for me, but if I had not success with Paypal, it would have been impossible to have help from Xsolla, the new commercial partner of Matrix/Slitherine who manages payments : I contacted them to have help and no any answer or help came.

Concerning Paypal, I have to say that the help was immediatly given by the Paypal assistance, they indicated me how to proceed to use my credit card directly by Paypal without have the technical pb with Matrix payment system.
