[FIXED] Cannot plot course for Land-attack missiles

[FIXED] Cannot plot course for Land-attack missiles

Pretty straight forward. Whenever I'm trying to fire a Tomahawk-type weapon (Tomahawk, Hyunmoo 3b, etc) at a land target, the "plot course" box is greyed out.
