[WAD / NO-REPRO] UNREP orders is not refilling my aircraft missiles

Running Indian Fury #3. I used up all my spare AIM-54Cs, only the ones on my Tomcats remain. The AO ship, the USS Cimarron, has 96 reloads; cool. After six hours of refueling the other six ships in the Nimitz CBG, no missiles have yet to be transferred.

So far, in playing CMO, when I wanted to replenish missiles for my fighters, I had to use Editor to do it. Sure, it may be cheating, but the manual isn't giving me clues on what to do.

Need help, just for accuracy and realism.

We were not able to reproduce this. The problem with the sample scenario appears to be that there are no weapons in the provider's magazines.
