saw this one, too ... probably just a text encoding conversion error/blib. nothing serious. should be the hyphen character, i guess ...
like the combat delay effects tooltip. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyphen

I have recently found an UI bug I never encountered before which may have the same cause.

In the old Editor (I think also in the new one).
If you mouse-over the "X" in the top right in the first Editor window (where you can then load a scenario and so on - the one which contains the RNG ground element pictures) and exactly click the "X" when the popup pops up then it will stay around in the main menu as seen in this screen (but it is static and not bound to the mouse).

I can duplicate the text glitches, but not the Exit rollover text (but I think I have seen this kind of thing before). Thanks for the reports.

2. clicked [Editor]
3. clicked top-right [X] to exit

I believe you, just can't duplicate it.
