[WAD] Tankers Unable to Refuel any Aircraft

In the Paracel Strike scenario (Tides of War) v1.10 b 1900.5, Singapore has several KC-130 tankers stationed at Paya Lebar Air Base. These drogue-equipped tankers are unable to refuel any of the Singaporean multirole aircraft, which all use boom refueling. In fact, I can't find any ASEAN aircraft in the scenario that can refuel from the KC-130s.

The Vietnamese Su-30 may refuel from the Hercules tankers.

A main goal of the scenario is to get the Singapore strike aircraft up near Woody Island. Having 5 of 11 tankers with mismatched refueling equipment is a recipe for player frustration. Maybe the scenario needs a special action to remind the Singapore fighter pilots to keep a drogue-boom adapter in their cockpit glove boxes.

Scenario is WAD. 6 x MRTTS is what Singapore has, so that's what they get. Scenario is rated as a difficult and complex scenario for a reason.

It's not expected (or shouldn't be) that you can get all 40+ of Singapore's fighters to Woody Island and back
