GRUMP!!!!
With some construction going on around here, I found some pictures of some construction things. Most of them should fit here. But to start these off, here is a grumpy construction story:
"Our next-door neighbors built a brand-new house and moved in. The last thing they had to finish was staining the deck. After the painters were done for the day, they took all the stained rags, stuffed them into a plastic bag, and left them next to the house. Sometime after midnight, the rags spontaneously combusted, caught fire, and burned the house down."

Here is another story:
"Decided to use an angle grinder (illegally) on a very high fire-danger day, set the grass alight, and burned down 12 houses. "The grass just burned so quickly." No shit, you fuckwit. Why do you think we make grinding illegal on those days?"

The mason foreman mentioned something to the crew removing the brick just outside of my apartment that it was too silent. I opened my window and said that it was to hard to nap with all of the noise that they were making. The crew laughed and the foreman wanted to know what I said. He then came up on the scaffolding and said something about me not giving them beer. I pointed out that I couldn't take the screen off and give them any. He said that they could. I told them that the sun wasn't over the yardarm yet. Anyway . . .
