[FIXED] [1900.8] Steam workshop items do not update

When I try to update an existing workshop item i get the following message and cannot proceed further

Grok recommends (among other things) to post this in this forum as the cause may be that:

The developers have to ship a matching Steamworks.NET. You cannot fix m_rgchTitle yourself.

Same problem after re-validating install, exiting game and steam and restarting

Problem persists after replacing the dll. Notably the problem is only for updates. I uploaded as a test a limited Redux of mine of Under African Skies and the first upload seems to work.

I have the same issue:

I also replaced the DLL in
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Command - Modern Operations\Steamworks.NET.dll
and that didnt help.

Hopefully someone figures this out, this prevents Steam users getting updates to their scenarios.

Could you please repeat the steps to cause the error and then post your exception log file to the forum?

The excepton log is in the Command installation folder under the 'Logs' folder. This is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command - Modern Operations\Logs with a default Steam install.

The file would be 'ExceptionLog<date>.txt' and it shouldn't be too large if it's the first time you've run Command today. The contents should help us troubleshoot the issue. Thanks.

Thank you. That confirms Command is using the correct version of Steamworks.NET.dll, at least. We're investigating the issue.
